According to the wiki, Scribe Scroll follows the formula of Caster Level (of the scroll) x Innate Level (of the spell) x 18.75, rounded down. The formula is being followed with some, perhaps most, spells, but not all.
Bulls Strength, for example, is expected to cost 112 GP, but instead it costs 562 GP. I haven't tested all the zoo spells, as my level 9 character simply doesn't have enough gold to do so, but I expect the results are similar with those.
Create Undead should cost 1237 GP, but instead it costs 1800 GP.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Have the Scribe Scroll feat.
Obtain Blank Scrolls.
Cast Bull's Strength or Create Undead or a number of other spells on Blank Scroll, with money in your inventory.
Expected Result:
Scroll cost respects the Arelith formula.
Should charge 112 GP for zoo spells, and 1237 GP for Create Undead.
Actual Result:
Scroll cost is entirely wrong, overcharging for some of the spell scrolls.
Charges 562 GP for zoo spells, and 1800 GP for Create Undead.

I didn't manage to screenshot it in the game, so instead I'll provide screenshot of my log.

Additional Information/Notes
This was done on a Cleric, level 9, with the Healer Path, and the Undeath and Trickery domains. It happened on the Distant Shores server.
EDIT: After extensive testing I can now confirm that all Zoo spells are affected by the obnoxiously high prices for scribing them. See added screenshot above.
