Panache! does not add INT bonus to social skills

Description of Bug Experienced:
With Panache! at Swashbuckler level 8, you are supposed to receive a bonus to all social skills (Bluff, Intimidate, Leadership, Perform) equal to the higher of your intelligence or charisma modifiers. That doesn't happen (for Intelligence, at least).

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Have a Swashbuckler with a +8 INT modifier

Expected Result:
Get +8 to Bluff, Intimidate, Leadership, Perform

Actual Result:
Get none of the above bonuses.

Additional Information/Notes
Character has a +0 modifier to Charisma, if that matters.
Character has a hard INT of 18 (so +4).
Platform: PC
Tested on the PGCC server.

Didn't work.

I think you might be referring to the INT bonus to damage on weapons. This post refers to the social skills you get at level 8.

It applies to everything. I have to do it every time I buff, to get the panache bonuses to correct.

Currently working on my Swash, so I'm not sure why it isn't working for yours.

That is really odd!

You know what did work? A relog after I had leveled up. So, fixed I think? Seems like that's all it took! =)

I had this issue a couple of times but when I got into the habit of re-equipping my weapons every now and then it sort of dissappeared.
