Underdark Start Issue

My friend swears that he never has to do the whole "deliver the packages" thing when he starts in the underdark. According to him he's basically made level 3 right off the bat and insists that if you've done the packages before the game is supposed to "remember" that you've done it before for future character purposes.

For whatever reason I have to do the package thing over and over. I'm in that experimental phase and making a lot of new underdark alts for different friends, so doing the packages repeatedly has become a migraine.

Is something bugged on my game?

Yes, this has to do with your RPR. If you are RPR 0 or 10 (meaning you have been punished down to 0 or are new-ish to the server) then you have to deliver the packages. When you get boosted to RPR 20 for being recognized by the DM team or recommended by other players for such and the DM Team/Admin Team agrees you will be given a message that says "You feel like you've done this a thousand times" basically and just awarded the exp from the quest dropoffs. This is to allow newer players to get familiarized with the Underdark. Just stick with it you'll get RPR 20 eventually and it won't be an issue.
