It sucks to fight this thing. I've just been on a circus clown act running around in circles smashing phylactery after phylactery to inevitably fail as the thing regenerates in between these being smashed. The boss is hard, that's fine. There are mobs, those are fine. There are four phylacteries, that's fine too. It's a hard encounter.
Why do the phylacteries respawn so quickly? That's a bum feeling. Getting right to the end, getting through all of these challenges and overcoming ridiculous odds, just to see this stuff respawn at the end of the fight and you're done.
