Kensai cannot equip throwing weapons.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Log a kensai. Attempt to equip throwing weapons you are proficient with.

Expected result
-----------------------
Throwing weapon equips and is ready for use.

Actual result
-------------------
Weapon does not equip, greys out in inventory, often bugging temporarily as unuseable.

This was always a Kensai restriction ever since they were introduced as far as I recall. It is by design.

Originally kensai could not but quickly after their release they could use throwing weapons.

They've been able to use throwing weapons since the 07 Jul 2016 update as announced by Liareth and only sometime in the past few months seemed to have lost the ability in an unannounced update, probable bug, and/or reversion.
