Vampiric Regeneration missing on Suffering Domain: Inflict Minor Wounds

Casting Inflict Minor Wounds, according to the Wiki, results in Vampiric Regeneration for 1/2 inflicted damage and also triggers Overheal for the Suffering Domain Cleric. But this doesn't actually happen in game. I haven't tested with the other inflict spells, as I've just started playing her.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Be a Cleric with Suffering Domain. Cast Inflict Minor Wounds (that deals damage) on a hostile creature.

Expected result
-----------------------
Inflict Minor Wounds results in Vampiric Regeneration for 1/2 inflicted damage.

Actual result
-------------------
Inflict Minor Wounds does not result in any Vampiric Regeneration.

Inflict Minor wounds is an infinite cantrip and intentionally exempt. Other inflict spells will work fine :)

Ah, gotcha! I'm going to assume that Inflict Minor Wounds not being maximized by Defiler's Divine Favor is also intentional
