Description
A few spells - specifically:
Predator
Create blood homunculus
Wraith strider
False life
And apparently baleful polymorph
Cannot be placed on scrolls.
Steps to reproduce
Try to make the scrolls of said spells
Expected result
You are able to cast the spells on the scrolls.
Actual result
You can't even target the scroll with the spells. Like, it's not that you cast it and it fails. You literally cannot even cast it on the scroll. Rightclicking on the scroll and going through radial to the spell shows it greyed out. and trying to quickslot cast it with inventory open instantly tries to cast it on yourself instead of letting you target the scroll.

Misc Notes
While i suspect that baleful polymorph is unscribeable due to being disabled, all other spells are not disabled. And one thing i've noticed, a shared trait between them, is that they all can only be cast on yourself.
