This is including stealth. I currently have a 30% move speed buff during stealth (24 Rogue). I'll use Blinding speed for that sweet 50% move speed, and the difference isn't there like it used to be. It used to be very noticeable, and now it's gone. This took place 2 or 3 days ago. Haste doesn't work either. The same effect occurs when I'm just using -alwayswalk. I've made sure -naturalwalk isn't on.

Bumping this even though it's not far down the list. This is still happening. I have walked side by side with someone not hasted, with my Blinding Speed on, and they're somehow walking faster than me.

Were you carrying a warded package while testing it out? I know those will set your walking speed to normal and ignore any bonuses, including from rogue stealth, ranger speed, sprint, and, I'm pretty sure, even Haste.

I'm not currently carrying any warded packages. Never have on this character, actually.
I've now:
Tested it in PGCC. I didnt do a relevel in PGCC or anything, only -transfer. Blinding speed, haste and sprint work just fine while both walking and sneaking
Releveled on Live server
Made sure Search Mode was turned off before hitting level 10 rogue for keen senses.
Made sure, a hundred times, that -alwayswalk and -naturalwalk are turned off.
On live, neither sprint, blinding speed or haste make me faster while sneaking or walking.
