If Timmy wants to get into RP in Guldorand but is only able to find housing in Cordor, does that mean he should get kicked out and just live without storage because the Cordor leaders didn't want any filthy non-citizens grubbing up their housing?
Yes, But..
Bibliophile wrote: Thu Apr 18, 2019 12:47 pm You wouldn't be living without storage. There is now the bank vault storage. Yes, it is less than a chest in a home, but it is still storage that was never offered before.
Sure, There is never enough housing, But it is weird that as a leader you would let an " outsider " have a home in your town while your citizens sleep on the street. (Or Nomad etc.)

I think it should actually be that way mechanically, You are a citizen, You have certain rights.
I think owning a house in that city should be a right reserved for citizens.
+1
I firmly believe being a citizen should come with benefits and rights. Historically and in our world, that's how it works. Even in the Realms you will see people who are registered with the local guilds in Waterdeep (equivalent to paying for citizenship in Cordor) have far more rights than those who are not.

According to the Wiki, "Citizenship will expire if you do not log in for 13 game months. (approximately 37 RL days)". Whether it's up to date, I can't tell.

Man, I wonder at times when forum moderators step in and when they don't.

Please, people. Leave it at feedback while you are in the feedback section. Crapflinging and personal attacks are not usefull here, even when disguised as cutesy general statements about "some faction".
