Finger of Agony would apply its debuff when cast, and subsequent casts of the spell would apply new debuffs. Each one cycling through its 3d6, 4d6, 5d6 damage for 3 rounds and giving a fortitude save. Now when I cast it, as of the update to the servers that came between midnight and 9am EST Dec 3rd, it will not apply additional debuffs to monsters only allowing 1 effect per enemy. (Have not tested players)
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Cast Finger of Agony on an enemy. They take the initial damage and then make a save. Cast it a second time on the same enemy and nothing happens. No feedback. The spell casts and does nothing.
Expected Result:
When you cast the second Finger of Agony you expect it to also deal additional damage, force a fortitude save, and continue to damage the enemy along side the previous cast.
Actual Result:
All subsequent casts of Finger of Agony do nothing as long as the first effect is still on the target.
Screenshot(s)
In this combat log, I cast Finger of Agony 5 times, yet you only see 3 fortitude saves and three damage from the original cast.

Additional Information/Notes
It does still work as it did before on the PGCC as of me writing this report.
I have tried to see if Empowered and regular will stack, but they do not.
I really hope this is not intentional as FoA is the ONLY spamable damage spell Undying Warlocks get before level 20.
